I started out wanting to draw an eagle. WellI couldn't get the shape of the back right (and I was pretty drunk when I started)... so I just let my brain take over and I woke up to a draft version of this the next day. I re-drew it, and now I'd like to share it with you guys :)
I used cardstock paper with a gray background for a smokey frame effect and Derwent Studio professional brand colored pencils and charcoal pencil for the heavily shaded areas of the wings :) I hope you guys like it! - Date: 09/25/2013
