It's a scene taken from a novel this friend wrote.
It's two dragon knights kissing in a small lake close to the entry of the dragon's lair, surrounded by some friend and the souls of the other four dragon knights, who dies years ago.
The kiss is a ritual to combine the remaining dragons in one race to keep them from being extinct.
