Meet Theodosius, an old freelance physicist/inventor. And those hand thingies around him and also grabbing him are what he call "aura" which are created from a device he implanted into the mid section of his spine. Oh and he mostly studies how to manipulate things like a ray of light from a flashlight or the light of the sun. Don't ask me what cause I don't know what the hell sciency stuff works... I'm just half puppet.
