- The hip is pointier, there's an extra leg, the bulb is tilted differently, the head is higher up, the leaves are shorter... there's more than enough evidence that this wasn't traced. So, that's that. Accusations of tracing need to have weight behind them.

- You have your style, I have my own. They're different. Get over it. Excuse me for just drawing for fun and not being totally "original" and "creative" with a damn Pokemon picture... I wasn't trying to "recreate and exact duplicate of the original". I was just drawing an Ivysaur. Admittedly, yes, I could have done a more original pose, but I liked that one, so I went with it. So sue me.

@KitsuneKage13
Yeah, your unfounded and false accusations are real accurate, sweetheart. If you honestly think I traced this, overlay my picture with the reference (or one like it) and make them match up exactly without completely distorting either picture. Bet you can't do it!
I got the color samples from a different picture of Ivysaur, not the reference pic. Sorry they aren't up to your standards... whatever those might be, but I liked them so I used them. It is my drawing, after all. - Report As Spam

There is a difference between creating real art and failing at an attempt to recreate an exact duplicate of the original.

- @SilverRinehart66 Just because I've accurately pointed out that you did, in fact, trace the line art—because it's too rigid and parallel with the original to suggest otherwise—doesn't mean that you need to be immature and delete my comment. Also, I wasn't saying that the colors were close; I was suggesting the opposite. The colors are similar, yes, but different enough that one would think you were just using your default color pallet in whatever program you used.

- @AzurePrototype: Heh, yeah, I was just messing around with some new brushes I downloaded. Went a little overboard, you think? razz Glad you like the Ivysaur, though. I'll make sure to go less crazy with the backgrounds in the future, lol. ^_^
