Deidara barer of the Azure Dragon Ring, Detonation clay, and a Kinijutsu. He is saying Katsu which means "Victory" He is a member of the Akatsuki, and from the Series Naruto Shippuden. Didn't take me long to draw it. It's my favorite picture out of all the ones I've drawn. Hope you guys like it.
Ps. Not colored in because I just don't like adding color.
