Wow. It's been awhile since I posted anything here. Well, I got Manga Debut and tried using layers (may never do that again) and almost had to redo the whole picture, but I somehow resolved the issue. So, have I improved? Please rate and comment.
P.S. I feel as though I didn't get enough comments and ratings for me to know if you guys think I have improved or not.

- Ah hah... I can't afford the really good ones above $200. I mean, my parents bought me a tablet not too long ago, but I haven't used it yet. But thanks for helping.

- ...continued) painful. Its better to use Photoshop, gimp or Sai instead. I personally like Ilustration studio, CS3 and SAI :3

- By looking at your dA it looks like you have improved slightly, however her face is disproportional. Her arms look a bit too long as well. Her cheek is way too big and her chin is pointy and mouth is too low. I like what you did with the colors (im a big fan of color-gasms) and the gradients you added are a nice touch. Im not that well with drawing faces, but i hope this helped : p Oh also, i wouldnt recommend using Manga studio of any kind, cause the coloring system with layers is way too
