- actually when you look at the picture the only differences are this is a sketch and the eye is messed up those are actually the proportions of the picture I think it may be a weird pose

- the faciel features(eyes nose mouth) are not placed in the right place on the face. start with marking where everything should be with a dash before you start. if you were to split the face in half the face isn't symetrical like it should be. but really good shading

- eyes are a little messed up there usually the hardest to do i have trouble with them too but i guess it takes practice
