- it's not the neck that's weird, it is actually the torso, the way u hav the neck and and head positioned the torso shouldn't be a side view, other than that it's grt, but one more thing would be that u'd want to make the shoulder a bit longer and not so rounded at the top, try looking at ur own sholder or other pplz art to see how it should be drawn. GL ^^
