The line on her back looks odd. Try to make the hat a little bigger to accommodate the big chibi head. =D And the hand is off. Even in the reference, the hand is off. Try to correct it by yourself, or look at other pictures. It's okay to copy poses, just make sure that you start to branch off of that and experiment by yourself. This is a pretty good picture considering you did it in paint.
