this drawing was inspired by hellsing manga and i learned alott from creating wrinkles on clothes from thie series of hellsing. This is no one in particular....just came to me and felt like drawing,,although it has some type of resemblense to seras victoria.=P
-This was all hand drawn in pen!

She looks very much like a dark haired Sera´s Victoria with the face of Pip bernadotte (He wears a patch over one eye so that would explain why one of the eyes on your drawing is a little off)
Are you sure you didn't trace the lines?
