The way you draw is very nice.
I would just say to pratice and strengthen your skills.
As for the cover, I think that the way things are put together are a bit random and is messy.
The lines around the boxes are sketchy.
The pictures in the boxes are amazing. The coloring is nice as well.
Maybe look at a few more manga covers for cover ideas. Maybe something not so cluttered?
