and maybe you shouldn't make the lines in the hair
so evenly spaced out and blah?
just make the hair flow in different directions.

- remember that the wrists should be narrower than the hands and forearms. and the shoulders are too broad for this character. however the eyes and face look really good. you just need a little more practice with it.

the hands needs some work, the shoulders to and the eyes are to big.
use any manga or anime character as reference.

- well.... there is some things like, the hair, the eyes, and the chest, that could be worked on, but other wise it looked like you spent alot of time on this! your anime is defenitely headed in the right direction!!^^
