Description:
Another and one of my best works of Mr. XIII. In my other drawings I drew him as a skeletal figure in a black tuxedo. In this I made him more of a jester reaper. The strips on his arms and legs make him appear more like a clown or jester. I used black ink pen as usual. Leave comments and opinions.
(To those who are confused: Mr. XIII is my own work, not an anime character or other figure. I get quite a few comments asking about this.)
