Very imaginative ,reminds me of silent hill in some way,possibly because of the evil nurse..im not sure why she has fairy wings here? I have a few suggestions to improve this drawing.
1.)Put some tears or holes in the wings(makes it look like creepy wings instead of cute fairy wings)
2.)proportion proportion! ,If the nurse was standing behind her ,the nurses legs should appear shorter and her feet would be smaller .
