- Description: A lady with hair moving about in the wind and wear a psuedo-victorian dress came to mind after buying a black blouse with a lace collar in October of 2005. I never brought her out of mind until i drew her in March later the following year as you can see in the pic. I get stuck on the details so I don't draw anything until i can see close to everything i want to see in my drawing and then go from there if i'm capable of drawing it
