Ummm...here's some hopefully helpful criticism.
I would suggest making the actual picture larger, so that the fine details can be seen, and so that it is easier on you to draw them. I personally have never seen this Lum from Urasei Yastura, so I can't tell you how to make it look more like her, but I would suggest making her head less squished, and more egg shaped. Her arms aren't really proportionate to the rest of her, and her body is like a block. She doesn't even have any hips. Good job! - Report As Spam
