This is the Human who 'owns' Blood, the demon OC in my last submission.
Her name is December if you couldn't tell.
She is a very spiteful person and the owner of a vast underground organization dealing in all things unnatural. She is worked into a contract involving Blood, and now she uses the demon to destroy people she sees as threats to her business. Blood could care less of human affairs but she likes bloodshed, so it’s a win-win situation for them.
