ooooo...Shiny....lol, yeah, so this is my newest picture (and by newest i mean a month ago...that's new for me...my drawing abilities have BAD mood swings) so yeah. i was searching up tutorials on how to do glowy shiney thingys...and i used it on this^^
So, its a dragon tattoo that's comming off the skin. you can't really tell cuz i just sucked at making it look like tahtXD oh welll, i tried. Enjoy^^
