It is still unfinished, I need to draw the details on Vanitas's jacket and give him the X-blade and draw Shadow and Anti-Sora, but that is not going to happen for a while. Yes, Vanitas and Xion do not have their exact outfits but I did not like them so I used my artistic license. If you want references go search them yourself.
