One more comment, sorry. .___. Sorry for littering your comments but before you think I'm telling you this is from the book of "This is the only way to draw" book, no. No one can teach you how to draw. <3 They can teach you the style and it's your choice if you want to add the advice given to you to your own style. What I just gave to you, I guess I would say, is my own style. But lovely drawing. Go ahead and delete if you find these to bothersome. <33

Head- Round the top and add more volume to the hair. You can always check if they have a flat head by drawing a circle. The diameter should start at the mouth and end at the top of the head. The chin is a cone to the face. Basic shapes of anatomy. The hair line would be about, I'll say, 2/3 to the top.
All in all, a nice drawing. I'll give it a 4/5 for the ratings. <33

Armpit- Try to make it to where the Left arm looks a bit towards the back... Hard to explain, though. : /
Legs- Either move the curve right below the left hand a bit out, or move the leg just a bit in.
Head- Forget what I said about the head. <3 This could be considered half chibi. But if you do want to do something, move the right eye in a little bit more and reduce the full cheek just a bit.
Eyebrow- extend it to where it's only a few pixels away from the outline of her forehead.

It's good. 3-4/5. But the anatomy is a bit off. <3
Breast are to low. Armpit on the left looks a bit to far out, legs look like if the keep going, they'll miss the joint, head is slightly to big(Shoulders are wider than heads, even for petite people), eyebrow on the right eye cut short compared to the one on the left, the crown of the head cut off to where it looks flat. C: Advice? For the breasts, start that line that you have at the neck and keep the same size. That should be 'bout right.

That's not a very good critique. :/
If I need to fix something, give tips on what it is that feed fixed, why, and how to fix it.
And that's also currently my style of eyes. I'm practicing cutesy girls like this.
