This drawing is good. Here are some tips to improve (I am a drawer as well):
1) Get the eyes to be on a straight horizontal line.
2) Try darkening the hair and eyes into different shades, not just one solid color throughout.
3) Don't smear the pencil with your hand. Just make the vision more blurry with a 2B pencil. Just in case you smeared it, erase the background so that it can be clearer; for this drawing you could smear alittle, not everywhere.
