- pfft, it's true. Most of the people here are just skipping the basics and moving straight into anime. It's the whole, "Ha, that doesn't look hard, I can do it," thought in our heads that makes us just skip everything we need to know and try and draw anime. The results are oftend catastrophic. Go through the basics first, before you start simplifying it into cartoons

- I'm commenting on this because it is not very good or it looks like all the other "short cut" anime out there. I have a challange i want you to get a pencil and paper and look at a mirror try to do a realistic sketch of your face with all the details you see but not in a anime style a realistic style. Do not think you can not do it. Try try again.
